Tasting Notes:
When we try to describe this wine, we come up with words like lush, rich, dense, concentrated. Hearty. We decided to blend some Cabernet Sauvignon and a little Cabernet Franc into this wine to add some backbone and plump up the mid-palate. What we ended up with is a wine that we think is well-balanced and quite complex. The wine is round and full-bodied with supple tannins. You'll find notes of bright black cherry, licorice and vanilla. Espresso roast and sweet oak mark its long finish.
